Caribbean Jerk Grilled Salmon

Bring bold, tropical flavors to your table with this Caribbean Jerk Grilled Salmon. Marinated in Cobb & Cobbs Jerk Seasoning, honey, lime, and olive oil, then grilled to perfection, this salmon is sweet, spicy, and perfect when served with coconut rice and mango salsa.

Ingredients:

• 4 salmon fillets

• 2 tablespoons Cobb & Cobbs Jerk Seasoning

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 tablespoon honey

• Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Mix Cobb & Cobbs Jerk Seasoning, olive oil, honey, and lime juice.

2. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.

3. Grill or bake the salmon at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

4. Serve with coconut rice and a mango salsa for a tropical twist.
