Smoky BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 2 tablespoons Cobb & Cobbs Smoked Seasoning

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with Cobb & Cobbs Smoked Seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice.

2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

3. Preheat grill to medium heat and grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

4. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or over a bed of rice.
